PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Fabius will hold two Public Hearings on the proposed Local Law #2 of 2022 (Solar Energy System Law) and Local Law #1 of 2022 (Solar Overlay District Law) at the Fabius Area Community Center, 7786 Main Street, Fabius, New York on February 21, 2022 at 7:05 pm and 7:10
pm respectively, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard. At said time and place all persons desiring to be heard will be heard.
